Very good bagels and coffee. VERY generous amount of lox on my bagel. Breakfast sandwiches are also quite tasty. Coffee is good and the small cup is actually a medium at most chains like DD. My go to bagel place when in Norman.

I come here some mornings on my way to school and I'm usually in and out.

Every time I order a bagel and lox, open faced. But surprisingly, every time I get it, it's different? It's kind of a game to see how they'll do it this time. Will it be opened faced with only one bagel spread? Or will it be both? Perhaps it'll just come as a sandwich? Maybe one morning it'll just be a bagel. Who knows. Not once have they been consistent. If I actually cared I suppose I would say something but I don't. It's a bagel. Whatev.

I get oily bean bath here (aka coffee but I have my phone auto correct it to oily bean bath) and it's not too good. But I don't like oily bean bath so I'm biased. Maybe it's really good? I don't know.

Regardless, the service is always very nice and helpful.

Order an open faced bagel and lox and let me know how it goes!

Update: Tried the egg and cheese bagel and was disappointed. Einstein's is better. It was like a bread sandwich with barely any cheese or eggs.

Tried this place for lunch for the first time today and it was very delicious. I had the Boston Salad and my boyfriend had the Asian Salad. There were lots of toppings on mine but my boyfriend's salad was skimpy on the toppings. The chicken on the salads is outstanding. Great flavor and grilled to perfection.

The place itself is cold and very industrial. It's just a cool little shop. I can't wait until I can try the bagels their known for!

Note:  I was drawn to O.S.B.C. because I have been to the location in Tulsa, OK on Peoria Ave. which has amazing cookies, amazing selection, and great atmosphere.  This was a different experience.

Food: 2/5.  The point of creating a "chain" is because you are ensuring a consistent product.  The cookie selection was weak, had 2 different types to choose from.  The PB cup cookie which I have gotten a couple times in Tulsa is incredible.  The one at this location tasted different, had a different texture.  My friend got a bbq sandwich served on an Asiago bagel.  She has ordered this same sandwich in Tulsa as well. It tasted like a different sandwich and she did not enjoy it. The bagel itself was delicious, however, the top of the bagel is not needed for these sandwiches, it is too much.  They would be great served open-faced topped with ingredients, etc.

Décor/Ambiance:  2/5.  Lacking big time.  Just no vibe really.  A few booths and tables.

Service:  4/5.  Nothing special but nothing to complain about either.  Good crew of people working here.

Would I return to this location? No
Would I return to the Tulsa location on Peoria? Yes

Lots of bagel options, generous spread of cream cheese, could have had more smoked salmon, coffee tastes weirdly watered down. Also service was slower than you would expect for a place that has all of their components pre-made.
